About Me

Professionalism and Expertise


With over 20 years of professional experience, I combine academic backgrounds in both Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirtin (BA)) and Psychology (Diplom-Psychologin, equivalent to a Master’s degree). As a certified Business and Management Coach (ECA), I stand for multidisciplinary expertise and practical, solution-oriented approaches.

I work internationally in both German and English and am certified in a wide range of proven methods and tools, including IM:EX®, Targeted Selection®, PAPITM, EIP3, Logiks, Big 5, BIP, Career Anchors, Systemic Coaching, Positive Psychology, among others.

Continuous professional development, along with regular supervision and intervision, ensures the consistently high quality of my work. As a recognized EuroPsy Psychologist (EFPA), I adhere to the highest European standards in professional psychological practice.

I am a member of the German Psychological Association (BDP), the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and the European Coaching Association (ECA), demonstrating my strong commitment to quality, ethical practice, and internationally recognized professional standards.

  • 6 years in consulting firms - as Project and Team Lead, Principal Consultant, and Account Manager

  • 13 years of freelance work across Asia and Europe

  • Conducted over 1,500 assessments and accompanied more than 120 individual coaching processes

  • 7 years of living and working abroad – including in Malaysia and China

  • Collaboration with clients from nearly all industries - from A to Z - including aviation, energy, financial services, healthcare, public institutions, technology, and the supplier industry
